Prior to starting Success Dynamics in 1992, Steve was the founder and CEO of 2 fast growing, multi-million dollar businesses, and the sales and marketing vice-president for a third. John A. Boisvert is the founder and CEO of Greenwood Consulting, a business consulting and executive development firm, which advises, consults, and coaches CEOs, executives and executive teams in the areas of increased performance, growth, and high impact communication.
Mr. Boisvert is recognized as a versatility and effectiveness specialist in order to achieve clients' most important results in record time specifically in the areas of productivity, earnings growth, and organizational satisfaction. Mr. Boisvert has over 20 years of national and international experience in consulting, financial services, technology services, eCommerce and distribution with Fortune 500, Inc 500, start-up companies, government, and higher education. He has held senior positions in general management, sales and marketing, and information technology. Recent clients include leaders and teams at companies such as Verizon, American Management Systems, Prudential Financial Services, MetLife, and EDS. Previously, Mr. Boisvert was in charge of U.S. and Australasian Sales and Client Management Services for Elcom Systems a wholly owned subsidiary of Elcom International - $700 million in revenue software developer and reseller in the business-to-business eCommerce marketplace. While at Mellon Trust, a $1 billion in revenue trust and investment business managing $600 billion in client assets, Mr. Boisvert managed the Custody Management and Treasury Systems Group. Responsibilities included all cash processing both domestic and global with staff in Boston, Pittsburgh, and London. While at Keane Inc., a $1 billion national information systems consulting firm, Mr. Boisvert oversaw and expanded the financial services, banking, and mutual fund industries business segment. Client accounts included: American Express/TSSG, Boston Safe Bank and Trust, CIGNA, Fidelity Investments, JP Morgan, Kemper Financial, Penn Mutual Insurance, Putnam Investments, State Street Bank, and The Vanguard Group. Mr. Boisvert is Chairman of the Corporate Coaching Committee for the International Coaching Federation of New England, President of the NCSC Child Abuse Prevention Center Board, and holds current and past positions as President or Trustee of various community and non-profit organizations. He also is a frequent speaker to corporations and associations in the areas of leadership, communication, and effectiveness. Mr. Boisvert holds degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Boston College and extensive post-graduate programs with the Executive Coaching Institute and other leading thinkers and practitioners in leadership, communications, and business strategy.
Louisa Mattson, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years coaching and counseling experience in the fields of business, healthcare, education, and religion. She has an extensive background in career consultation and assessment with senior executives.
Dr. Mattson's coaches executives on inner self-management, stress-reduction, and performance enhancement issues. She especially enjoys working with individuals who are seeking to enhance their overall sense of well being, bring more creativity, passion, and energy to their work, and live with integrity, wisdom, compassion, gratitude and purpose. Louisa Mattson holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and a postdoctoral certificate in Organizational Development and Human Resource Consulting. She is a Licensed One-on-One HeartMath Provider® and a member of the American Psychological Association, the National Register of Health Service Providers, and the Institute of Noetic Sciences. Dr. Mattson currently works as a business psychologist at Essex Partners and Camden Consulting Group-the executive career transition and the leadership development divisions of Keystone Partners in Boston, MA. The core of her work there involves conducting in-depth psychological assessments of senior executives in the respective career coaching and leadership coaching programs. Her assessments cover a broad range of issues and concerns-including personality style, cognitive/interpersonal/management skills, business career interests, and core values. She also does career coaching and management coaching. Previously Dr. Mattson worked as a psychotherapist at Wesleyan University, Interfaith Counseling Service, and The Marino Center for Progressive Health. |
